Ingredients
3-5 lbs boneless beef brisket or chuck roast
1 jar (24 oz) Jesben® Original BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce
10 whole wheat flour tortillas
Optional: lettuce, tomato, red onion
Instructions
- Place meat in slow cooker. Pour entire jar of Jesben® Slow Cooker Sauce on top of meat. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours or until beef is fully cooked.
- Remove meat, allow to cool slightly and remove any excess fat. Slice against grain (brisket) or shred with two forks (chuck roast) and return to slow cooker with sauce.
- Distribute meat among tortilla wraps (for best results, heat tortilla wraps, 5 at a time, between damp paper towels for 35 seconds in the microwave first).
- Add lettuce, tomato, and/or onion if desired and fold into a wrap sandwich.
