BBQ Beef Golden Pockets

Ingredients

3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
1 jar (24 oz) Jesben® Original BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce
3 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough

Instructions

  1. Prepare pulled BBQ Beef as described in steps 1 and 2 of  Jesben® Pulled BBQ Sandwiches.
  2. Divide each can of dough into fourths and shape into four squares (smoothing over perforations if necessary).
  3. Place around  3/4 cup of shredded beef in the center of each square; then fold up dough and seal to make a closed pocket.
  4. Bake at 375° F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 12 pockets.
